"Get your glass of ice cold milk ready! Each cookie, loaded with chocolate chips and nuts, is a treat worthy of dunking. Try them as pan cookies, cut into brownie-like squares."
INGREDIENTS:
280 g all-purpose flour
5 g baking soda
6 g salt
225 g butter or margarine, softened
150 g granulated sugar
165 g packed brown sugar
5 ml vanilla extract
2 large egg
336 g NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Semi
-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
120 g chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS:
1.PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
2.COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
3.BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
3/4 cup (165 g) brown sugar
1 tsp. (5 mL) vanilla extract
2 large (100 g) eggs
2-3/4 cup (plus 1/8 cup) (360 g) flourmix
1 tsp. (4.6 g) baking soda
1 tsp. (6 g) table salt
2 cups (340 g) chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1 cup (220 g) unsalted buttersoftenbeatbeat in one egg at a timeslowly beat in flourstirform into rough balls on a baking panbake 375°F (190°C) 10 min.
