"Hawaiian Nut Cookie".
(Recipe may be halved):
2 cups butter
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
5 cups blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal and blend in blender to a fine powder)
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. salt
18oz.Cadbury bar (grated)
4 eggs
2tsp. baking powder
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)
2 tsp. vanilla
Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, cadbury bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet..Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies.

Pukul bahan A sampai kembang, kendian boh bahan B. Pukul lagi sampai sebati.
Gaul bahan C & D bersama2. Kendian campurkan A&B yg telah dipukul ke dlm C&D.
Bagi sy, doh ni elok masuk fridge semlman dulu. coz bila bakar nanti bentuk dia akan maintain and tak melepek. and kaler dia akan jadi lebih gelap.
Yg ini sy jemput2kan ajer and bakar 30min, temp plak maybe dlm 130-140C. Agak2 jer.

20 Oreos (or other creme-filled chocolate cookies) - dihancurkan
Method
Pukul 'A' sampai kembang, tak yah lama sangat. Masukkan 'B'
Ayak 'C' dan campurkan ke A & B yg dah dipukul sampai sebati.
Last masukkan 'D'.
Doh dia sangat lembut, lagi senang kalo masuk fridge dulu kasi dia keras sikit.
Kendian sy bulat2 kan ajer. tak yah tekan kasi leper sebab dia akan meleper dengan sendiri dlm oven nanti.
Baking time & temp sy letak 130-140C and 25-30mins, depends on oven masing2.

3. CANAI DAN TERAP. BAKAR PADA SUHU 150C SELAMA 25 MINIT.
4. DAH MASAK, SEWAKTU MASIH PANAS GAULKAN DENGAN CAMPURAN SUSU TEPUNG DAN GULA ICING....
