Donut Kaiser

16 yeast donut

200 gr flour
2 eggs
50 gr sugar
130 ml milk
2 tsp yeast
1 pinch salt

12 nut donut

100 gr flour
2 eggs
50 gr sugar
60 ml milk
2 tsp baking powder
100 gr ground nuts
1 pinch salt

15 quark donut

200 gr flour
2 eggs
60 gr sugar
100 ml milk
2 heaped tsp baking powder
100 gr quark
1 pinch salt

18 easy donut

250 gr flour
60 gr sugar
200 ml water / milk
  3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt


mix together all ingredients into a smooth dough.
for yeast left to rise 30 min
thick consistency but should easily come away from a wooden stirring spoon.
